The Rock Island Open Jam with Legerdemain takes over the bridge every Saturday from 12 to 3 PM. Legerdemain is a Kansas City steel pan led fusion group with deep jazz roots, writing and arranging original music that pulls from styles all over the world. The core quartet brings Marcus Rattler on drums and amplified steel pan, Daniel Yung on cello and keys, Zach Arias on guitar, and Andrew Voggessor on bass. They reached the quarterfinals at the 2026 International Blues Challenge, and now they’re bringing that same sound to the Rock Island Bridge every weekend.
