Rock Island Live presents Joel Gordon on Saturday, September 5th, 7 to 10pm. He’s a Kansas City saxophonist and educator who’s played the Green Lady Lounge, RecordBar, and Knuckleheads. His sets are warm and swinging, the kind of jazz you can sit with all night. Three hours of it on the Rock Island Bridge, with the sun going down over the Kansas River.
