It’s an incubator market built for the local Hispanic community, giving up-and-coming vendors, makers, and small businesses a place to get their start and share their goods above the Kansas River. Rock Island Eats opens at 11 AM with a more casual walk-up menu of comfort food favorites and quick bites perfect for enjoying while exploring the bridge.
