LIGHT THE

BRIDGE

CAMPAIGN

Creating a world’s-first is never easy. That’s why KC philanthropists, civic investors, and businesses are pulling together to create the first trailhead and entertainment district — over a river!

Help light the bridge and create something sensational for the generations! We’re building more than just a bridge, we’re building a legacy, a Kansas City icon.

The Fine Print

Light the Bridge funds are allocated for lighting the bridge.

These monies are NOT tax deductible.

Commemorative rail slices will be available for pickup at the fall event. For orders outside of Kansas and Missouri, rail slices will be mailed. We are unable to ship internationally or to APO or FPO addresses at this time.

Once the completion date of top deck event space is finalized, the Bridge Builder-Level donors will be given priority booking of the event space. We expect this space to be in high-demand based on general inquiries we are already receiving.

Target completion for the Rock Island Bridge is summer 2024, but ongoing supply chain issues and adjacent construction could delay this.
